Privacy Policy
This is a personal, independent blog. It exists to share perspectives on the Dubai real estate market nothing more. But even simple websites collect some data when people visit, so this policy explains what happens with yours. I've written this in plain language because privacy policies written in dense legalese don't actually serve anyone.
Who Runs This Site
Dubai Property Insight is operated by Naina Singh. This is a personal blog with no commercial affiliations, no brokerage operations, and no monetisation through sponsored content or paid placements. If you need to reach me regarding privacy concerns, you can do so through the contact form on this site.

- Browser type and version
- Pages viewed and time spent on the site
- Referring website (how you arrived here)
- Device type (mobile, desktop, tablet)
This data is collected through analytics tools and is used only to understand how readers use the site which articles are read most, where people come from, what works and what doesn't. It is never used to identify you personally.
If You Leave a Comment or Send a Message
If the blog has a comment section or a contact form, and you use it, the information you provide (name, email, message content) is handled as follows: Your email address is used only to respond to your message. It is not added to any list, shared with anyone, or used for marketing. Your name and message content may be retained for the purpose of correspondence but are not shared publicly without your consent.
Cookies
This site uses cookies. A cookie is a small file that gets stored on your device when you visit a website. They're used here for two things: analytics (understanding how the site is used) and basic site functionality. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or delete existing ones. Doing so may affect how some parts of the site function, but the content remains accessible regardless.
Third-Party Services
Like most websites, this blog uses some third-party tools. These may include:
- Google Analytics - to understand site traffic and reader behaviour. Google's privacy policy governs how this data is handled on their end.
- Embedded content (such as YouTube videos or external links) - these third-party sites may collect data about you when you interact with them. Their own privacy policies apply.
I don't sell data to advertisers or use any advertising platform on this site. There are no tracking pixels for ad retargeting.
Your Rights
If you're based in the EU or UK, you have specific rights under GDPR regarding your personal data including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any information held about you. For UAE-based readers, local data protection frameworks also give you certain rights over your personal information.
If you want to know what data this site holds about you, or want it removed, you can reach out through the contact form and I'll respond as promptly as possible.
External Links
Articles on this blog may link to external websites developer sites, news articles, research reports. Once you leave this site, I have no control over what data those sites collect. Their privacy policies apply from that point.
Changes to This Policy
This privacy policy may be updated occasionally, particularly if the site changes how it operates or if new tools are added. The date at the top reflects when it was last revised. It's worth checking back if you're a regular visitor and these things matter to you.
