About Dubai Property Insight

Who Is Behind This Blog

My name is Naina Singh. I've spent the last 10 years working in real estate - on the ground, dealing with developers, brokers, buyers, and a lot of market noise. For four of those years, I wrote about the Dubai property market. Reports, project analyses, market overviews - most of that work went under someone else's banner. That was fine at the time. But I kept seeing things I wanted to say that didn't quite fit a commercial brief. So I built this space.

What This Blog Is

Dubai Property Insight is not a brokerage. I'm not selling you anything. There are no referral links, no developer tie-ups, no inventory I'm trying to move. This is where I write what I actually think about the Dubai market, where it's heading, what buyers get right, and what they routinely get wrong. Sometimes the market is exciting. Sometimes it's overheated and people need to hear that too. The goal is simple: give you a clearer picture before you form an opinion or make a decision.

Who This Is For

If you're trying to understand the Dubai real estate market whether you're considering buying, already own property here, or just follow the sector closely this blog is for you. I write for people who want to think, not just read headlines. The Dubai market has a lot of noise around it. Property prices climbing, off-plan launches every week, ROI numbers that sound too good. I try to cut through that and offer some honest perspective. You won't find cheerleading here. You will find analysis.

My Background

Ten years in real estate gives you a certain kind of education. You see cycles. You see how developers position launches. You watch buyers make the same mistakes in different market conditions. You also see genuine opportunity when it shows up. I spent four years specifically studying the Dubai property market its regulatory shifts, its community-by-community dynamics, the gap between what gets marketed and what actually delivers returns. That's the lens I bring to every piece I write here.

I'm not an economist and I don't pretend to be. I'm someone who has spent a long time paying close attention to this market. That's what I offer.

A Word on Independence

I want to be clear about something: this blog has no commercial agenda. No developer is sponsoring posts here. Nobody's paying for coverage or asking me to frame things favourably. That independence matters to me not as a marketing line, but because it's the only way this space is useful. The moment I start writing to sell something, the value disappears. So if you're looking for listing promotions or project launches, this isn't that. If you want a cleaner, more honest read on the Dubai property market, you're in the right place.

Get in Touch

I write as often as I have something worth saying which is fairly regularly given how much moves in this market. If you have a question, want to share a perspective, or just want to point out where you think I've got something wrong, I'm open to that conversation. Real discourse about real estate is rare. I welcome it.
